To keep parents informed about day-to-day activities at our center, communication is key.
By utilizing various channels such as daily reports, newsletters, emails, and social media, we can help keep you updated on your child’s experiences and milestones.
A detailed schedule of activities, meals, naps, and playtime will give parents more insight into their child’s daily routine.
Additionally, sharing photos and videos through our website and social media accounts, as well as sending the children home with their created artwork can offer a glimpse into their learning and development.
Scheduled parent-teacher meetings, open houses, and informational education workshops can also facilitate communication, as well as build a strong relationship between parents and our faculty and staff.
By maintaining open and transparent communication, Cinderella School can ensure that parents feel informed and involved in their child’s daily experiences and progress.
-
Parental involvement can enhance communication and understanding between the daycare staff and families; leading to a more cohesive and supportive educational experience for the children.
There are several ways to engage in regular communication with our staff and teachers, such as attending parent-teacher meetings, open houses, and workshops, as well as asking questions and sharing feedback.
We encourage parents to contribute ideas for curriculum planning, share cultural traditions, and / or offer expertise in a particular area that enriches the learning environment for all children at our center.
By fostering a collaborative partnership, Cinderella School can create a supportive community that enhances the children’s overall well-being.
Another way a parent can actively participate in their child's learning and development is by volunteering to provide additional support and resources for activities and events.
Not only will parents be able to build a stronger connection with their child's caregivers and peers, and support the success and overall well-being of their child, but also have the opportunity to gain insight into their child’s daily experiences and progress.
We guarantee that contributing to the daycare community by volunteering will provide parents with a sense of fulfillment and a connection to their child’s educational journey.
Keep an eye out for opportunities to volunteer on our school website, monthly newsletter, and / or our parent bulletin board.

Drop off and pick up procedures are crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in the facility.
Parents or legal guardians are required to sign-in their child upon their arrival.
Similarly, during pick-up, the parents or legal guardians must present identification and sign-out their child, ensuring the only authorized individuals are allowed to collect the child.
These procedures help maintain a secure environment and provide peace of mind for both parents and staff members.
Additionally, clear communication between the center and families is essential to ensure a smooth transition during drop-off and pick-up times.
Keep in mind, a daily sign-in and sign-out sheet is available in the front entrance for your convenience.
Remember, the child will only be released to the designated persons indicated in your enrollment form.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
However, you may add to your list at any time prior to day of pick-up.
All persons authorized by the parents or legal guardians to pick up your child will be asked for identification.
Please inform them of this policy to avoid any misunderstandings.
This is done for the protection of your child.
In case of an emergency, and the parents or guardians, as well as any of the persons listed on the Drop-off / Pick-up Authorization Form, are unavailable, the parent or guardian may call the school office and provide the new person’s information along with the password listed on their Drop-off / Pick-up Authorization Form.

Although we try to accommodate a wide range of individual differences, it is on rare occasions where the needs of a child place an undue burden on the center’s resources.
It is essential for both the parents and our staff to communicate openly and respectfully throughout the disenrollment process.
Not only may this arise due to behavior issues, but some may include changes in family circumstances, relocation, financial constraints, or concerns about the child’s well-being or development.
We should work together to address any issues and / or concerns that may have led to the decision to disenroll.
Providing support, resources, and guidance to parents during this transition can help ensure a smooth and positive experience for both the child and their family.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout this process is crucial to uphold the trust and respect between all parties involved.
In a situation where behavior is a hazard to the health and safety of a child or their peers, disenrollment from the school will be a consideration.
Our policy is constructed to create conditions that are essential to the orderly progression of the class and center.
We develop desirable social attitudes, instill the fundamental lessons of self control, and prepare the child for effective participation in life situations.
If a child shows poor behavior tendencies, our teachers and administrative staff will take the following steps to address the issue:
Conference with parents to address the matter.
Review all actions for positive corrective action.
Allow a probationary period.
Dismissal will be carried out if these actions are not corrected.
Other examples for Termination of a child may include:
Confrontation between a parent and a staff member
Falsification of documents
Non-payment
If a parent wishes to withdraw their child due to family circumstances, relocation, or financial constraints, please inform the Director at least TWO weeks in advance of withdrawing the child from the program.
This is requested to ensure we provide you with all classwork and any other documents necessary for a successful transition.
-
Families of our enrolled children and staff members are provided annually with the opportunity to evaluate our program.
Our center consistently reviews and revises policies and procedures to meet the quality enhancement and growth that is suggested by the evaluations and input our school receives.
-
Safety is the utmost priority at our center, where we are committed to providing a secure and nurturing environment for all children in our care.
Our facility is equipped with safety measures, such as secure entry systems, childproofing features, and regular safety inspections to ensure that potential hazards are minimized.
Our staff members undergo thorough background checks and receive training in emergency procedures to respond quickly and effectively in any situation.
We maintain strict ratios of teachers to children to ensure that each child receives the attention and supervision they need to stay safe and healthy.
